Earn Your MACM and MBA or MNA
Completing a dual-master’s degree in Christian ministry (MACM) and business administration (MBA) or nonprofit administration (MNA) will allow you to deepen your biblical and theological foundation while gaining the skills you need for management. No matter your role, understanding organizational behavior, budgeting, financial decision making, and strategic management will help you confidently and sustainably grow your ministry and lead your congregation, clients, or colleagues. You’ll be fully equipped to pursue career advancement or seek a new ministry position. With a firm grounding in Christian teaching and spirituality, you’ll be ready to answer God’s call to serve the world in new ways.

Meet the Faculty: Mary Chase-Ziolek
As a faculty member in both the School of Nursing and the Theological Seminary, Dr. Mary Chase-Ziolek integrates her faith in her work and helps students draw connections between faith and health.
Study On Campus or Virtually
A MACM plus an MBA/MNA can be completed in two years of full-time study and internships, although many of our students complete the program over a longer period of time and choose to take in-person, online, and intensive hybrid courses.
Vocational Development
From the moment you enter Seminary, you will be immersed in a community that places vocational development front and center alongside academic preparation. Identity and spiritual formation coursework, psychological testing, and specific attention paid to sustainable ministry and self-care habits are all crucial elements of your development as a minister. North Park Theological Seminary will also walk alongside you as you complete your education and move into ministry and the credential process of the Evangelical Covenant Church.
Course Areas
These 60-hour dual-master’s degrees degrees include courses in the Bible, history, theology, spiritual formation, and ministry, as well as leadership, strategic decision making, finances, and nonprofit fundraising, depending on your chosen business or nonprofit degree.’
